If your item hasn't been delivered or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately via email at support@gear4ever.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier on your behalf. In the unfortunate event that the item cannot be located, you may be eligible to receive insurance compensation awarded by the courier, up to $100 USD, unless additional insurance was purchased by you.
If your item is returned to the sender for any reason, you, as the buyer, are responsible for the following:
Reshipping Fees: You agree to cover the shipping costs for the item to be reshipped.
Restocking Fees: If you choose not to pay for reshipment, you agree to a 50% restocking fee.
For international orders, please note the following:
Customs Interception: If your package is intercepted by customs, it is your responsibility to liaise with customs authorities to resolve the issue.
Duties & Fees: You are solely responsible for any duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the courier or customs, in accordance with your government's laws and regulations. These costs were not included in the price paid to GEAR4EVER.
Approved Returns: If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in excellent condition with no damages to the original packaging.
